The delivery phase includes:
- A training service both at our headquarters and at the production site of destination of the machine for a proper preparation of the purchasing technical staff
- The guarantee of a constant and immediate maintenance service
- The supply of spare parts even for lines out of production, compatibly with current technological adaptations
- A remote assistance system managed through telematic and tele-assistance systems to carry out controls and/or maintenance on machines and plants, to identify in advance the overall need for servicing and overhaul and limit the machine downtimes.
